Yin Yoga with Jenn
What is Yin yoga?
Yin yoga is a practice that focuses on stretching your connective tissue in order to lengthen them. The poses are held anywhere from two to seven minutes in order to stimulate deeper tissue like fascia. It releases built-up tension, increases flexibility, improves joint mobility, and releases trauma in the body through breath.
